What we do: We are selling discounted properties mostly vacant land that are free and clear without any encumbrances (such as a lien)

Buying process:

1. Pick your desired property and let us know if you have questions.
2. Let us know what type of transaction you would like (cash or owner financing if available)
3. For most properties, we are doing a self-closing transaction, meaning that we will prepare the deed, we will handle the signing and notarization and also we will record the new deed with the county recorder’s office.

If you prefer a traditional escrow transaction approach, please let us know and we can do that as well at an additional cost.

Closing fees for a self-closing is $300. Closing fees for a traditional escrow process might cost $1,000 and up.
